Terms & disclaimer.

Written so you can actually read it. The theme throughout: this site informs, the visit decides.

Guides and tools are general guidance

Everything on this site, including the Level Check and the guides, is general information written to help you understand a garage door problem, not a diagnosis of your door or your property. The Level Check suggests a likely cause from the symptoms you describe; the actual cause is confirmed on site with instruments. No figure, table or reading on this site is a quote.

About the ground

Where this site mentions Charlestown's declared mine subsidence district, it describes a public, mapped administrative fact about the area in general. Nothing here assesses, predicts or implies anything about ground movement at any specific property. For property-level information, use the official NSW Government resources linked in our guides.

The safety line

Garage door springs and cables are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to service, adjust or remove a spring, cable or counterbalance yourself. Opener mains wiring is licensed electrical work. If a door is off its track or won't move, stop using it and keep people clear.

Images

Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, and don't depict a specific completed job, customer or address.

Bookings

Sending an enquiry doesn't create an obligation on either side; it starts a conversation. Work is confirmed when we agree a time and scope with you directly, and pricing is set out before work begins.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you hold under the Australian Consumer Law.
